Tailored Solutions for Your Needs
01

Individual Therapy
A space that’s just for you.
Individual therapy provides a private, supportive space to slow down, process what you’re carrying, and better understand yourself. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build practical coping tools, and work toward meaningful change that fits your life.
02
Group Therapy
Healing doesn’t always have to happen alone.
Our therapeutic groups create space for connection, reflection, and growth alongside others who may be navigating similar experiences. Groups are designed around specific needs and themes while offering support, community, and the reminder that you are not alone.

03
Walk & Talks
Sometimes healing needs a little fresh air.
Walk & Talk therapy takes the conversation outside the traditional therapy office. Moving while you talk can create a more relaxed, natural environment for reflection and connection. Sessions are offered in appropriate outdoor settings and are based on clinical fit and comfort.

04

Online/Telehealth Therapy
Therapy that meets you where you are.
You don’t have to be in the therapy office to do meaningful work. Secure telehealth sessions make it possible to connect with your therapist from the comfort and privacy of your own space, offering flexibility for busy schedules and life’s everyday demands. Telehealth can be an effective way to maintain continuity and access to care.
05

Brainspotting
Sometimes the body remembers what words can’t explain.
Brainspotting is a focused therapeutic approach that uses eye position and mindful awareness to help clients access and process difficult emotional experiences. It can be incorporated into therapy when traditional talk therapy doesn’t quite reach what you’re feeling.
06
CBT & DBTÂ
Practical tools for real life.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you recognize the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so you can create healthier patterns.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) focuses on skills such as emotional regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Together, these approaches can help you respond to life with greater clarity and confidence.
